It is difficult to see in the pic but the avairy is sectioned off so the groups are seperate. Their sleeping quarters are also seperate. I didn't know until i picked up the new chips that i have also ihnerited a nest of babies! I was a bit reluctant to transport them but they are a few weeks old now, although not out of the nest, & mum doesn't seem to have been phased by it at all & is continuing to take care of her young.
We added the shiplapping to my existing avairy so that it all the looks the same. Credit must go to my hubby who spent many hours constructing it! I did a fantastic job of supervising although i think he would refer to it as 'nagging' & being 'bossy'!
