i gave some of mine a soft double bed shaped stuffed toy and angel had her babies in it :sign10: it was a nightmare when checkin on em :laughing7: so ur sonic mite be turned into a bed too :dontknow:

He hasn't even found sonic yet lol, or the nest boxes, got a little house at the back for a nut store and he went and slept in there, a :dontknow:nd hes called sonic  ;D was supposed to get 2 chips but when I turned up they said they only had 1 male when they told me they had two, grrr

Where did you get that hanging wicker type basket?  Ive seen some cheap little wicker bird nests on e bay that will attach to the side of the cage for nut hiding.

just from my local pet shop, dunno where ya would get it from online. It was in the bird toys section, he is yet to use it

Give it time. I've a few hanging toys some people say thats my chips fav when mine just dont bother with it.

We perspexed 3 sides of our indoor cage (back and sides) to the outside to avoid poo spattering to some degree, but they then..............chucked nuts and seeds out the front of the cage when we walked past or ignored them....less messy than poo but still involved frequent sweeping  :sign10:

Lol sonic is in the habit of throwing nuts out his cage, no situation with messy poo which I'm grateful for
