What time of year do chipmunks mate?

I have a male chipmunk living with two females and have seen him mount the females plenty of times but I was curious as to when the female can actually fall pregnant? I'm assuming the chipmunks can continue to mate all summer as my male's...bits...don't disappear until early winter(ish).

There are numerous posts on here about mating times and preferences but basically if the female is not calling then no attempts by the male will result in pregnancy they can and do however mate from january until october if the conditions are favourable.
